KINGSTON, Jamaica – In a heartwarming display of gratitude, Flow Jamaica unveiled its latest Christmasing campaign, distributing a staggering $5.5 million in prizes to loyal customers. The event, held on Tuesday, January 21, at Flow’s headquarters in Kingston, honored five grand prize winners, each receiving $1 million, alongside an additional victor from the prepaid mobile promotion.

The celebratory gathering was a testament to Flow’s commitment to enriching the lives of its subscribers. Among the illustrious winners was Jermaine Huell, a car rental entrepreneur who faced significant setbacks in 2024, including vehicle theft and mechanical failures. “Winning this prize has been a beacon of hope during some of my toughest times,” Huell expressed tearfully, highlighting the profound impact of Flow’s generosity.

Kemar Russel, another $1 million recipient, plans to reinvest his winnings into JamLynk, an online venture he launched during the COVID-19 pandemic. Russel paused his business pursuits to complete his accounting degree at the University of Technology (UTech), and the prize money provides the perfect opportunity to revive his entrepreneurial dreams. “This funding is exactly what I needed to get JamLynk back on track,” Russel shared enthusiastically.

For Treena Holness, the prize signifies the beginning of a major home renovation. A newer member of the Flow family, Holness is eager to transform her living space, reflecting her excitement and disbelief at her unexpected fortune. Similarly, Geraldine Nembhard and her husband, who operate a small chicken farm in Clarendon, will use their winnings to upgrade their home infrastructure and expand their agricultural business.

Janiel Blair, the fifth grand prize winner, joins these inspiring stories, while Lydia Walker-Landel, a long-standing prepaid customer of over two decades, received a $500,000 prize. Walker-Landel’s prize arrives as a much-needed relief following the devastation of Hurricane Beryl, enabling her to restore her damaged home and ensure her family’s comfort.

Latoy Lawrence, Flow’s Head of Marketing, emphasized the campaign’s purpose: “Our Christmasing initiative is a heartfelt thank you to our customers. We strive to enhance their lives not only through exceptional services but also by offering opportunities that can make a real difference.”

Flow’s Christmasing campaign, active from November 8 to January 2, incentivized customers to subscribe to the Ya’ad & Road package or maintain their prepaid mobile accounts. Participants received supermarket gift cards worth up to $40,000 and entered the grand prize draw, alongside weekly giveaways that kept the festive spirit alive throughout the season.

This monumental giveaway not only underscores Flow Jamaica’s dedication to its customers but also embodies the true essence of the holiday season—spreading joy, hope, and new beginnings.
