Saturday’s eighth MCOBA / Lindy Delapenha Golf Classic delivered an upset worthy of its namesake. Errol Eccles, firing an uncharacteristic 39 points in Stableford play, stormed past a 100-plus field at Caymanas Golf Club to seize the overall title—and a weekend for two at Half Moon.
“I turned up expecting a decent round; I walked off with Lindy’s trophy,” the Weekend Warriors regular laughed. “That’s the kind of plot twist you live for.”
