Anthony Cunningham, 31, of the Butt Up district, and Paul Newman, 22, of Greenvale, have been confirmed as the victims of the fatal collision. Witnesses and initial reports from authorities indicate that the incident occurred around 1:38 AM, as the riders, traveling in opposite directions, collided under unclear circumstances.
