CLARENDON, Jamaica – In a heartbreaking incident, an 11-year-old girl lost her life on Tuesday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle near her home in Kemps Hill, Clarendon. The young student, identified as Marla Richards, was returning home from school when the tragedy occurred.
According to reports, around 4:00 p.m., Marla was attempting to cross a section of the Kemps Hill main road when she was hit by a blue Toyota Hiace bus traveling southbound. The impact left the young girl with severe injuries.
