Reggae singer and entrepreneur Stevie Face is giving back to his hometown of Yallahs, St. Thomas, by partnering with Help Jamaica Medical Mission for a community health fair. Known for hit songs like Tell Like It Is, I’m In Love, and My Prayer, Stevie Face will be hosting the St. Thomas Health Fair this Saturday at Yallahs Primary School.
Stevie Face, who also runs Advance Service Station in Albion, Yallahs, has a long-standing commitment to uplifting his community. Over the past decade, he has organized several initiatives aimed at supporting the people of Albion and surrounding areas. Speaking about his dedication, he said, “Yallahs is my hometown, and I am firmly committed to doing all I can to uplift the people through job creation and promoting unity, especially among the youth.”
The St. Thomas Health Fair will offer a range of free medical services, including blood pressure checks, HIV/STI screenings, diabetes checks, and eye exams. In addition, attendees who need medications will receive them free of cost. “I want everyone in Yallahs and nearby areas to take advantage of this opportunity. It’s important for us to come together and support one another, especially when it comes to our health,” Stevie Face added.
The event is part of Stevie Face’s ongoing efforts to create positive change in his community. Alongside his charitable work, the singer is also enjoying success in his music career. His latest single, Sweet Yuh, produced by Tad’s Records, has been making waves both locally and internationally since its release in May. The song is currently ranked #9 on the Jamaica Music Countdown Top 25 Reggae Singles Charts.
