Taneisha Shaw to Lead All-Day Women’s Spiritual Reset at The Summit

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Taneisha Shaw, minister and first-time author, is trading the pulpit for the podium this Saturday as she hosts an immersive, one-day women’s gathering designed to reignite spiritual focus and personal drive.

The event, Wise Worthy Woman Empowerment, isn’t being marketed as a conference or a concert — but rather a spiritual reset. Backed by the momentum of her debut book Wisdom to Win the War, Shaw says the day is about giving women “more than motivation — but real wisdom for war.”

Held at The Summit in Kingston from 10AM to 5PM, the gathering will include appearances from a powerhouse lineup of speakers, testimonies, and worship artists. Apostle Dr Regina Martin is set to deliver the keynote. Notable performances will come from gospel figures like Kevin Downswell, Pamputtae, and Rian Davis, in between panel talks led by respected voices in ministry including Pastor Rowan and Marsha Wade, Sheena Lyn Hanson, and Olando Hibbert.

The event is intentionally female-focused, but not exclusive. “We’re speaking to the battles no one sees,” Shaw explained in a recent conversation. “The mental warfare, the spiritual exhaustion — and the kind of healing that doesn’t always happen at church on Sunday.”

Her book, released quietly in December 2024, has since struck a chord — not only landing bestseller status within a day, but also circulating in church groups and therapy circles alike. It frames spiritual conflict as a training ground for breakthrough, not just survival.

Attendees can expect what organizers describe as “a full spiritual download” — with music, ministry, testimonies, and intentional stillness woven into the program. Entry is open to the public, with limited seating on a first-come basis.
