The highly anticipated second Test between the West Indies and Bangladesh at Sabina Park has been delayed due to wet conditions on the field. Originally scheduled to start at 10:00 AM, the match will now begin later in the afternoon, following an inspection by the umpires.

Heavy overnight rainfall left the outfield and pitch damp, prompting officials to assess the playing conditions carefully. Areas of concern were found to be unfit for play, leading to the decision to push back the start time. The next inspection is set for 1:00 PM, after which officials will determine whether play can commence or if the first day’s play will be lost entirely.

This Test match marks the return of international cricket to Jamaica for the first time in three years. The West Indies are currently leading the series 1-0 after a victory in the first match.
