KINGSTON, Jamaica – This Thursday, The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, will host a special lecture by Harvard University’s Professor Bharat Anand, a global leader in digital and corporate strategy. Titled “Digital Transformation, Generative AI, and Strategy,” this lecture is part of the distinguished UWI Mona and VM Group Lecturer Series, created to spark critical discussions on impactful ideas.
Professor Anand, Harvard’s Vice Provost for Advances in Learning and Henry R. Byers Professor of Business Administration, will share insights on integrating AI into corporate and digital frameworks. He brings a wealth of experience in guiding businesses and institutions worldwide on digital evolution.
Dr. Tomlin Paul, Deputy Principal at UWI Mona and Chair of the Organising Committee, emphasized that the lecture is timely. “Organizations across Jamaica, including UWI, are embracing digital transformation.
