ST ANN, Jamaica — In a heartbreaking incident, Constable Ramone Sterling, a member of the Montego Hills Police Station in St James, has tragically passed away following a motor vehicle accident in Discovery Bay, St Ann.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear at this time. Eyewitness accounts indicate that Sterling’s vehicle overturned, prompting a swift response from local firefighters, who worked diligently to extricate him from the wreckage. Despite their efforts, he sustained severe injuries and was transported to St Ann’s Bay Hospital for emergency care. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.
