With a grand prize of US$1,000, the prestigious Grace Sauce Trophy, and the opportunity to have their winning creation featured at the renowned Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival, the stakes have never been higher.
The tasting takes place on Wednesday, October 23, with the winner announced live on Instagram at 2 PM ET. Be sure to tune in for a front-row seat as the best of jerk cuisine is crowned.

Judging the competition are some of the biggest names in the culinary world: Chef Irie, Chef Reece, Ron Beasley, and media personality Jody-Ann Gray. Plus, a surprise guest judge will join the panel, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event.
